TCM-30-16 Volumetic Doser
Description
Introduction;
The TCM series of volumetric dosers are suitable for auto-proportional mixing of new material, regrind, master batch and additives.
A brushless Dc motor is used in this series.
The microprocessor accurately controls rotation of the high precise dosing screws to squeeze out materials with an accuracy of -+ 1% from set point.
A gear motor with deceleration ratio 30:1 or 100:1 is coupled with a dosing screw of 6 models with output ranging from 0.1 ‚32kg/hr. double colour doser can be supplied to match with 2 single colour doser if required.

- Data and setting storage.
- Maintenance free DC motor. Microprocessor controlled.
- External signals can be directly interfaced with the control box. Durable chrome-plated screws.
- Modular construction allows for ease of cleaning.
- Hopper magnet fitted to base of single colour doser.
- Main material hopper is a standard accessory for double colour doser. It is optional colour use.
