Nozzle bodies for removable tips

Replacement nozzles (for removable tips) with rear thread machined to suit your machine and 7⁄8"-14 front female thread to accept standard replacement tips. Use as direct replacement for solid one-piece nozzles, just replace the tip when worn or when changing mould. Precision machined on modern CNC equipment. Front Thread is 7/8"-14 for regular replacement nozzle tips. Polished to a mirror finish for improved flow. Nozzles are available in any length and can be supplied with 4 lengths of removable tip for recessed sprue applications.

Available in 3 internal styles, for use with:

Style A General purpose applications: smooth internal flow characteristics and minimal restriction for reduced back-pressure.

Style B Nylon Reverse taper: provides anti-drool reverse taper in tip to ‘freeze’ slug (due to expansion) at tip. Minimises drool.

Style C ABS full taper: very smooth full-taper design, both in the nozzle body, and continued through the tip. Minimises back pressure and ensures optimum performance, even with the most viscous materials.
